Branchinotto is a simple thirst-quenching recipe based on a mix of chinotto – the precious citrus fruit with an intense aroma and bitter sweet flavour – and the unique taste of Fernet Branca with its 27 herbs, roots and spices sourced from four continents.
- 8 ice cubes
- 5 cl Fernet-Branca
- 10 cl Chinotto
Pour the Fernet into a tall Tumbler, fill up with ice and top with chinotto.
